Our partnerships with the City, the Chamber of Commerce, and the MAC, along with other local organizations, ensure that creativity strengthens every corner of Manitou Springs.

Our Mission

At CRANE, we believe creativity is the heartbeat of Manitou Springs. As a proud state-certified Colorado Creative District, we fuel economic growth by supporting artists, elevating local creatives, and creating spaces where art and community thrive.
One of our flagship programs, Art on the Avenue, brings free, accessible art experiences to the public while empowering artists to leave their mark on our community. Through partnerships with the Manitou Art Center (MAC), the City of Manitou Springs, the Chamber of Commerce, and other key organizations, we collaborate to preserve the cultural, historic, and natural beauty that makes our town extraordinary.
Since earning Colorado Creative District certification in 2017, we’ve worked to celebrate the richness of our creative industries, foster innovation, and ensure Manitou Springs remains a vibrant destination for both residents and visitors alike.
